On Asylum

From last July,

…In comes the USCIS with new guidance to automatically dismiss any “credible fear” assertion at the border that is premised simply on fleeing violence unless there is evidence of government-condoned persecution. Asylum adjudicators will also be required to take into account, as a mitigating factor in true asylum seeking, the fact that these people are crossing illegally at the behest of the cartels rather than requesting entry at the points of entry.

I can’t imagine anyone trying to make a pipe bomb, sending it in the mail with a digital clock timer on it. In an envelope even.

What’s even crazier, the pipe was PVC. Not galvanized Schedule 40 or black gas pipe. Plastic.

Any serious bomber would not have used a timer instead of a trigger switch, and they certainly would not have used plastic pipe.

He seemed to have lived in his Dodge van. and he covered up the windows with commercially printed decals. Not bumper stickers, this guy somehow created a graphic and had them printed up and stuck them over the windows for privacy concerns, I’m guessing.

Might as well live in a van down by the river.

Democrats seem to be in favor of mobs, be they Antifa, Caravans, or just paid idiots getting into certain Republican’s faces while they are trying to enjoy a bite to eat. 

Democrats have been calling to disband ICE. I don’t think so, and I appreciate their service.

Dems seem to love Antifacist Action, aka ANTIFA. They like communists too, and that is exactly where the roots of ANTIFA comes from. They were the Stalinist communists in Germany both before and after WWII.

RichTakes! On FaceBook Jail

I got thrown in FB jail today, for reasons unknown.  I’ve been a member since 2006. They claim I violated “Community Standards”, but of course didn’t specify the standard that I violated. I guess the community standard was not being progressive Marxist enough. 

My thought crime? And don’t kid yourself, that is exactly what this is. I posted a pic that somebody made stating that President Trump has called up the 82nd Airborne, America’s Division in WWII to deal with the “Caravan” of invaders coming up from central America through Mexico. I have no doubt that Trump has put all of our Armed Services on alert, including the 82nd.

The pic also included the 18 Section of the Immigration and Nationalization Act (INA) that Ted Kennedy pushed through in 1964 when Jack was President, and claimed that nothing would change. Of course he lied. There is plenty of video tape to that effect.

My first sentence was that “I can’t verify any of this…” I have no doubt that some one reported me for opposing the Marxist line.

We are being invaded every day, and have been since and before Reagan signed the first Amnesty Bill in 1986, and the fence (at that time) wasn’t built. He said his greatest regret was signing that bill and being screwed over by the Democrats later, by killing our border security that he thought was agreed to. It was meant to be a one time deal. 

It is far past time to regulate Facebook, and I am a free enterprise type of guy. I am also a free speech advocate, and they are over-stepping here with their community standards (which no one can seem to define). They just make it up as it suits them.

On Coons and Flakes

What really happened yesterday with Jeff Flake and Chris Coons.

Most of us saw or heard the Blasey-Ford and Kavanaugh hearing about an alleged wrestling match while both were adolescents at age 15 or 17, 36 years ago. The problem is that none of the others who Ford named as present can recall being there, while Kavanaugh completely denied it, and brought his 1982 calendar to help prove it. Ford’s “life-long” friend even stated that she doesn’t even know Kavanaugh.

The net result is that there is absolutely no proof or corroborating witnesses who can back up her account.  Continue reading On Coons and Flakes→

On Workin’ On the Railroad

I’ve been workin’ on the railroad, all the live-long day! Is Roy Moore being rail-roaded? It sure looks like it.

Guilty until proven innocent

Unless Moore’s handwriting has changed, the yearbook signature is a forgery.

I’m pretty sure this yearbook “evidence” is from Gloria Allred’s fifth accuser (actually 3 of the first 4 had nothing to accuse Moore of in fact, most claimed that Moore treated them each like a gentleman) who claimed that Moore offered to give her a ride home from her waitress gig, and instead drove around to the back of the restaurant to put the move on her. It wasn’t happening, and then her boy friend who showed up late arrived just in the nick of time? Or something.

Supposedly, this woman had no further dealings with Roy Moore, and Allred offered up this year book note as evidence, with the date written twice in what to appears to be a forgery. The “7s” are obviously different, and “Olde Hickory” (the name of the BBQ joint) seems to be mis-spelled. What are the odds of a BBQ joint in Alabama using Olde English spelling?

Moore’s lawyers held a presser today to demand that Allred submit the yearbook in question to a hand-writing expert, and they are welcome to bring their own too. Fine and dandy. It sounds fair to me, and I suspect that would also sound fair to most people.

That is not what caught my ear or eye either for that matter. The signature is what is most relevant here, where it reads, “Roy Moore D.A.” Moore was not a DA at that time, although he was an Assistant District Attorney. An ADA is an entry level lawyer in the District Attorney’s Office who performs everyday trial work. Moore’s lawyers in the presser said that Moore told them that he did not recall ever signing “D.A.” after his name, but that he had seen that before.

It turns out that he was the presiding judge for this accuser’s divorce granted in 1999. The “D.A.” were the initials of his legal assistant who affixed his signature to mundane Court Decrees, Deborah Allen.

Go figure.

McConnell spent 32 million to attempt to install Luther Strange, and the People of Alabama weren’t having it. Moore won the special election in a land-slide. McConnell also spent millions smearing the other conservative candidate in the special election primary, Mo Brooks. McConnell has lost all around, and is now using every dirty trick in the book to disenfranchise the Alabama voters and get the governor to appoint, or elect a write in Luther Strange, because he needs a lap-dog.

McConnell stated years ago that he would put down the TEA Party, and he has been pretty successful at it. He doesn’t want any more Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, Rand Pauls, or anyone else who will not toe the party line. That is what this is really all about.
